Found in 1955 in the so-called "house of Proclus". It was in second use in the domestic shrine, embedded into a wall together with the relief ΝΑ 1955 ΝΑΜ 11 and the funerary table (mensa) altar ΝΑ 1955 ΝΑΜ 90.

It is in the form of a small temple in the interior of which Cybele is depicted sitting on a throne. In her left hand she holds a drum and in the right a phiale whereas on her lap lies a little lion. On the relief’s outside left side is inscribed the name ΚΑΛΛΙΚ[- - -], perhaps Kallikrates or Kallikles who was most likely the person who dedicated the relief at a sanctuary before it was placed in the "house of Proclus".
